Got my chest and leg done by @jinkxxd over at Blue Horseshoe in Norfolk, VA. He designed my chest tattoo! Absolutely love them! This is the best ink I have so far. Thank you so much Jay!!!!

The Elk Skull represents life, death and renewal. To continue on and live in the moment.

The Hawthorn Flowers have calming effects, which can soothe stress, which I deal with on a weekly basis.

🔥 MEET J BUNNER — BLUE HORSESHOE TATTOO OCEAN VIEW 🔥

If you’re looking for an artist who can take a wild idea and turn it into a massive, full-color piece of art, you need to know J Bunner.

J isn’t just a tattoo artist—he’s a formally trained artist with a BFA in Design and nearly two decades of experience behind the machine. That classical art background shows in everything he does: composition, color theory, movement, depth, character design and the ability to make a tattoo actually FIT the body instead of simply sitting on it. (Virginia Beach Tattoo Fest)

🎨 FULL COLOR. LARGE SCALE. POP CULTURE. CUSTOM ART.

J is an incredibly versatile, all-around tattooer who can handle damn near anything you put in front of him, but when you give him the opportunity to go BIG, BOLD and FULL COLOR, that’s where the fun really starts.

His love for pop culture, movies, comics, characters, nostalgia and larger-than-life imagery gives him an endless playground for creating tattoos that are completely unique to the collector. His specialties and favorite styles include New School, Japanese, Neo-Traditional, Trash Polka and Realism—and he’s a multiple award-winning artist. (Virginia Beach Tattoo Fest)

J has spent years mastering his craft, tattooed across multiple states, trained other artists and today helps lead the crew at Blue Horseshoe Tattoo & Body Piercing — Ocean View in Norfolk. (Virginia Beach Tattoo Fest)

This is the artist you go to when you don’t just want another tattoo.

You want a piece.
You want COLOR.
You want something BIG.
You want something people stop and look at.

Bring J your favorite character, movie, comic, childhood obsession or completely insane concept and LET THE ARTIST BE AN ARTIST.

📍 Blue Horseshoe Tattoo — OV (Ocean View)
3201 E. Ocean View Ave., Norfolk, VA (Apple Maps)
📲 Instagram: @bhsoceanview (findinktattoo.com)

Go big. Go color. Go custom. Go see J.

🏖️With how busy Phil and I were last weekend at our show @cruelsummertattoofest , we didn’t really get to say hi to all our friends and mingle like we usually do. So we decided to go visit them! We made the drive up to Wildwood, NJ to see everyone at the @wildwoodtattoobeachbash on Friday, and then drove down to VA Beach for the @vbtattoofest on Saturday! Red Bull truly does give you wings, haha🤣🪽

It was an absolute blast being able to see everyone, show support, and check out two shows we’ve never been to before. Until next time! ✌️

P.S.
ig only lets me tag 20ppl at a time so I gotta also show some love to Heather with @goldenmuse_art !! Her work is amazing 🤩 🖼️
And of course @kimewell ❤️😂
