This one was a NO BRAINER! 🤝🏾🔥

Officially welcoming my young bro Christian Jenkins @jinxkick as an Athletic Sculpting Ambassador!

We’ve been locked in since he was 7 years old, so this is only fitting. 🙏🏾 I’ve had a front-row seat watching the growth, the work, and the evolution over the years—and we’re still just getting started.

More than an athlete. More than training. That’s family. 💯

Proud to have you representing Athletic Sculpting and everything we stand for.

Elite athletes aren't born... they're built through intention.

If you're only lifting weights, you're only training one piece of the puzzle.

Pure quick-twitch development sessions train your body to recruit fast-twitch muscle fibers on command—the fibers responsible for explosive speed, powerful jumps, violent change of direction, first-step quickness, and game-changing athleticism.

The fastest and most explosive athletes don't just get stronger. They train their nervous system to fire faster.

Every Sprint 🏃🏾‍♂️
Every jump🚀
Every explosive movement💥

That's how you develop an athlete who's ready for any sport, any position, and any moment.

At Athletic Sculpting, we don't just build stronger athletes—we build athletes who can accelerate faster, react quicker, explode higher, and dominate when the game is on the line.

Strength gives you the engine.
Quick-twitch training teaches you how to unleash it📈

💥LATERAL QUICKNESS = GAME SPEED💥

This isn't just a jump — it's single-leg explosive power, hip stability, and deceleration control all in one rep. Every landing is a chance to build the strength that keeps knees healthy and cuts sharper.

Why we program this:
🔹 Trains force production in the frontal plane (side-to-side) — most sports happen here, not just forward/back
🔹 Builds single-leg power for faster cuts, closeouts, and first-step quickness
🔹 Improves landing mechanics + joint stability to reduce injury risk
🔹 Translates directly to change-of-direction speed on the field/court

Coaching cues:
✅ Explode off the outside leg
✅ Stick the landing — control landing & fire back
✅ Chest up, hips loaded, eyes forward

Quickness isn't just how fast you move forward. It's how fast you change direction. 🔁

Drop a 🔥 if you're adding these to your next session.
