I’ve never been a pet lover. The last time I cared for a puppy was when I was around 10. His name was Keno, and he was my jogging buddy in Calumpit, Bulacan—until one day, after his usual morning milk, I found him lifeless in the backyard. Since then, I never cared for a pet again… until Ken came.

Ken wasn’t just a pet—he was my JUMILA’s guardian, Kuya Migz’ confidante, Bonsai Julia’s playmate, and Ate Lara’s loyal shadow. He was there for every milestone—birthdays, graduations, wins, losses, heartbreaks. He never left their side. ❤️

KEN,

Yung lungkot ko is not even an inch of my JUMILA's grief💔 They're heartbroken💔 Samahan mo ba naman sila for 15 years. You were physically there for them more than any of us—as their parents—ever were.

I can’t imagine coming home without you there—watching from the moment we park to the moment I step inside, probably thinking to yourself… "Oops, andito si Bossing, bawal ako pumasok sa bahay kasi magkakalat ako. Hindi nya alam kapag wala sya, accomplice ako ni ate Lara Curato, bonsai Julia Curato and Juliana Mangsal, nakakapasok ako😂 Gala lang muna ako sa Camella."

Mahal kita, KEN❤️ I know that you knew and felt that. Hindi kita natitiis kapag New Year at takot ka sa putukan😂 Alam ko rin na alam mo pag kailangan mo mag-pose for a picture with me, sa isip mo, "Sus, ipo-post na naman ako, para ipakita na pet lover sya".

Pero, mahal kita because of the loyalty, presence, and unconditional love you gave to my JUMILA❤️

Now, we let you go. Run free, champ. Your mission is complete. 👼😇

We honor you, Ken. ❤️

🌫️ Foggy Thrills at Rồng Mây Glass Bridge & The Lonely Tree, Sapa 🌈

Our visit to the Rồng Mây Glass Bridge was wrapped in fog, with clouds and steam concealing the views. Yet every glance down through the glass revealed the heart-racing depth below—a mix of thrill and fright etched in our memories.

We climbed the rainbow-painted staircase and passed the mystical Lonely Tree, standing firm amidst the haze—a poignant reminder of resilience through uncertainty. Though we gave up midway on the steep trek to another peak, we realized this: life’s uncertainties feel less daunting when shared with the ones you love.

Conquered the heights and embraced the cold! 🏞️✨ After a challenging trek through Sapa’s trails, we reached the summit of Fansipan – the ‘Roof of Indochina.’ The breathtaking views were worth every step, and the chill in the air only made the victory sweeter. Feeling on top of the world, literally! 🌄

Happy New Year, everyone❤️

2024 has been a year of self-discovery. I’ve crossed boundaries, uncovering my true purpose, and released doubts and fears that drained my peace. I’ve learned to pause, choosing grace and gratitude over conflict, and embraced my imperfections, living authentically. I’ve become unbothered by anything that threatens my happiness and found joy in being kind, empathetic, and generous. I’ve found the courage to forgive and let go, and build new circles founded on trust and kindness.

In 2025, I aim to embrace life’s uncertainties, create meaningful memories with loved ones, spread kindness, and keep God at the center of it all.

Lastly, everything on Earth is temporary, and life is short. In times of distress, it’s the love of those around us—our family and close friends—that truly brings comfort and solace.

Walked through the fascinating process of incense making today—from cutting bamboo shoots to ensuring each piece is the perfect length, followed by smoothing, soaking in vibrant colors, and finally, adding scent through a machine. It’s incredible to see how much care and craftsmanship goes into every stick. Our tour guide also captured some beautiful shots of us in what I can only call a colorful, incense-tivizing world!

Tonight is unwinding after a historical tour in the daytime. We took a 30-minute bus ride from Paris Deli to Mega Grand World Hanoi in Hung Yen, a promenade with a European vibe. While we missed the gondolas, we still soaked in the Venice-inspired charm, the dazzling lights, and the iconic clock tower. We wrapped up the evening with a cozy hotpot at TODU, Hoagaarden.

I used to rush through historical tours and show no interest, but with age, I’ve developed a deep appreciation for history. Now, I take photos in museums not to flaunt my visit, but to give others a glimpse into how our ancestors suffered under colonialism and ultimately emerged victorious, allowing us to live freely today.

Here’s a bit from Vietnam’s Hoa Lo Prison—a place where countless Vietnamese prisoners endured harsh conditions during French colonial rule. From cramped, unsanitary cells to the escape of over 100 prisoners through the underground sewer in 1945, this site is a testament to the resilience and spirit of those who fought for our freedom. Their sacrifices remind us of the strength it took to break free from oppression.

🚂☕️ What an unforgettable experience in Hanoi, Vietnam! We had the chance to sip the famous “egg coffee” just inches away from the iconic Train Street! The energy was electric as everyone gathered, phones in hand, waiting for the moment the train came rushing by. The feeling of being so close to it all – the sound, the rush of wind, and the excitement in the air – was absolutely surreal. It’s the perfect blend of local charm and pure adrenaline. Can’t wait to do it again!

We recently had an amazing time exploring the art of lacquer painting, a beautiful tradition in Vietnam. Using egg shells to trace delicate carvings on a lacquer board, we then filled the designs with gold and silver. It was a hands-on, creative process that really brought out our inner artists.

This experience @HaThai Lacquer Village was not only fun but also deeply engaging, letting us connect with a centuries-old craft in a personal way. We’re so grateful for the chance to explore such a unique and beautiful art form!
And we’re proud of what today’s creativity yielded
