What a gorgeous day to complete the month of August! We had such a lovely day moving, resting, foraging the marsh, and creating with Jess @jipola and I for this beautiful collaboration.

It was amazing to see everyone go home with such gorgeous floral clouds which will be everlasting.

Here’s a wonderful creative immersive day on the coast.

If you’d like to know about more upcoming day retreats head to the link in my bio to join the newsletter where you’ll be the first to know about my seasonal offerings.

The countdown begins… 🌿✨
From Friday 20th June, the Wild Yoga Garden opens its gates for a summer of salty skin, marsh walks, long exhales, and heartful connection.

She’s had a little glow-up since last year – now with a 7m bell tent sanctuary and a new wood-fired sauna tent that seats 8–10 wild-hearted souls. Think: post-swim heat, barefoot movement, herbal tea, and space to return to yourself.

This summer, you’ll find a whole mix of magic waiting for you:
🌸 Women’s Day Retreats
🌊 Soulful Sundays (yoga & sauna every week)
🌕 Seasonal ceremonies, full moon gatherings, somatic practices, and slow, body-led mornings on the salt marsh.

June 20th is the beginning — and you’re so welcome to join us.

🧡 Booking is now open via my website (link in bio).
✨ And just between us: DM me before 1st June to get a cheeky 10% discount code on any event.

Let this be your summer of softening, wildness, and wonder.
See you in the garden x
