SKID

Since 19th century, internal combustion engine(ICE) vehicle reigned supreme, making up the vast majority of vehicles on the road as of 2024.
Swiftly commercialized in the era of industrialization, ICE cars became synonymous with automobiles throughout the 20th century, firmly establishing its dominance in the industry.
However, the tide is turning.
The 21st century saw Tesla’s Model S usher in the electric vehicle (EV) era, gradually eroding the stronghold of ICE cars.
As of 2023, the automotive market remains largely ICE-centric, but the shift towards EVs and other low-emission vehicles is undeniable.
Though the timeline of the shift remains uncertain, industry experts predict a transitional period of about 20 years.
Thus, the question lingers: will ICE cars completely relinquish their throne to EVs by the early 21st century,
or will this transitional phase extend, allowing ICE vehicles to persist into the latter half of the century.
Regardless of the paradigm shift, the distinct charm and sensory experience unique to ICE vehicles are poised to become legendary relics in the not-so-distant future.

MARS + NARCISSISM

“MARSISSISM” is a short film that combines the characters from Greek-Roman mythology, Narcissus, and the planet Mars. It follows the adventure of a United Space Forces (USF) astronaut, who embarks on a mission to explore Mars and must navigate through a powerful Martian storm.
In the not-so-distant future, a USF astronaut sets off on a Mars exploration mission. However, upon reaching Mars, they encounter a fierce and formidable storm.
