This is a group of warriors. You could feel the energy in the room. So many protectors, leaders, and healers. Making the choice to no longer carry things that hold them back. To heal themselves and therefore also help heal the world.

So blessed and grateful to have @bryantwood as my teacher and mentor. Thank you to @lawayra_retreat and @sarahonherjourney for giving me the space to grow my practice. And thank you to @ianmccall and @athletesjourneyhome for giving me the opportunity to grow with the organization and community 🙏 ❤️

This is the beginning.

Thank you and much love to the one who told me to walk through the gate. 💞 I knew on the other side was purpose and something beautiful but I was too scared. Funny how we are so scared to walk our paths. The very path we chose before we came to earth.

I am beyond grateful to the growth, the people, and the opportunities I have been surrounded by in this chapter. Its only the beginning. Im so late to uploading anything from the past few months because I have been too busy living in the moment but I will upload more soon.

Thank you so much to @sam_lipmanstern and @joaquim.pujol for teaching me some cool stuff with the camera and I cant wait to get more practice in and I look forward to the doc coming out 🙏

The kindest souls, have the most savage but loving spirits⚡️

In a day and age of pseudo toughness, ego, greed, narcissism and false identity, it has been a soulful gift to surround myself with a tribe of selfless servants.

TRUE warriors of the light whose word is bond, integrity is everything, fight like hell and show up for others, not for self gain but true selfless compassion. Thanks to each and everyone of you for the courage, love and sincere desire to make one another and the world a better, safer and more peaceful place🙏

I didn’t come this far to stop now. Every scar, every sacrifice, every setback built the man standing here today. The goal hasn’t changed. The work hasn’t stopped. I’m coming for everything I said I would. 👊🏻🐐
