Ole bobbybofumm looking sharp in the twizzys gear. @thedream10p killed the mic game as usual.

Speaking of merch. We do have a live sight with our boys over at @jiu.jitsu.bum that you should be checking out.

The stock is quite frankly... the best. That's what they say. Maybe the best ever

I hate it here.

Going from loving top pressure to voluntarily fighting for my life on bottom feels like a personal betrayal.

So, my fellow top players turned reluctant bottom players… how are y’all coping?

Drop your best advice, favorite sweeps, or emotional support strategies in the comments. I need help.

Nothing builds confidence quite like showing up in a fresh rashguard with a few new moves you’ve been dying to try.

Then someone folds you like laundry before you even get a chance to show off.

At least I looked cute getting submitted 💀

If you’ve ever rolled with me, you know I’m going to talk the entire time.

Sometimes it’s coaching, sometimes it’s encouragement, sometimes it’s a little trash talk, and sometimes I really should’ve just kept my mouth shut.
Because nothing humbles you faster than talking yourself straight into a submission.

Will I learn to be quiet? Absolutely not.

Something that challenges her, pushes her outside her comfort zone, and reminds her just how capable she really is.

Something that makes her lose track of time, brings incredible people into her life, and gives her something to look forward to even on the hardest days.

For some of us, it’s the mats. For others, it’s art, adventure, building a business, or chasing a dream.
Whatever it is, I hope you find it. And I hope you’re surrounded by women who encourage you to chase it with everything you’ve got.

Because there’s something beautiful about watching a woman come alive doing what she loves.
