Artist Statement:

”We have been exploring various media as 44flavours since 2003 and create artworks that are lively and intuitive. Our dynamic process generates unique compositions and questions perceptions of space and identity.
In our exhibition Ensemble at StudioTrouble™, we present a large-format painting and an installation with ceramics, drawings, paintings, objects and photographs.We are interested in the interaction between the different media. How do the different objects interact with each other? What happens in the juxtaposition of this ensemble? Compositions merge, contrasts emerge, worlds of color communicate. The interplay of the works reflects the interaction between us as a duo.“

To celebrate 20 years of @incu_clothing, we made a magazine. Excited to finally share this project. Something that’s been rolling around in my head for the past year.

Got to work on it with the dream team @matthew_lennon_ , @peterbbain, and @paulinapaige over the last few months, all of which are definitely sick of me by now. Huge thank you to all the contributors, and special shout out to Phillip Huynh @afloralfrenzy who is always #1.

It is a privilege to play a small part in the 20 year history of Incu, thank you @brianwu3, @viniwu, and @douglow for trusting me with this!

Thrilled to have been appointed Editor of @incu_clothing’s 20th anniversary magazine… a publication very close to my heart that’s launching today.

Over the past few months @lukedavie, @peterbbain, @paulinapaige and I have been working away on this project that brings together a selection of singular creatives from around the world. It was particularly special to highlight talented friends like @hettymckinnon, @levymelissa, @amrita_moves and @nathan.mcguire who are all endless sources of inspiration.

A huge thank you to all of our contributors and to @brianwu3, @viniwu & @douglow for bringing the magazine back for this milestone after a long hiatus. Excited to share more soon and celebrate tonight. 🎉 🍰 🥂 🧡
