Charlotte, North Carolina... we’re on the way.

Three and a half years ago, I started Coachmup Athletics with nothing but a whistle, a vision, and a simple mission: Train with purpose. Make an impact. Change lives. Looking at these photos, man... it hits deep. I look back at where we started, and I’m just incredibly grateful. From the absolute grinders at H.H. Poole Middle School football who gave me everything on that field, to coaching 7 incredible NFL Flag teams, to pushing the limits with our travel football squads—every single day was a battle we won together.

We brought a whole new level of intensity to the turf with the Riverbend and True Girls Lacrosse teams, and we opened the doors to athletes from every single background. Whether you stepped into the lab for football, basketball, soccer, track, swimming, gymnastics, baseball, softball, or volleyball... you didn't just show up to practice. You helped build a culture. You helped build a family. 100+ athletes trained, but more importantly, countless lives impacted.

Leaving this community is tough. It’s a massive transition for me and my family, but to say I’m energized for this next chapter is an understatement. God is opening new doors, and we are ready to step through them.

To every single athlete who sweated with us, every parent who trusted me with their kids, and every supporter who cheered us on: THANK YOU. You made Coachmup what it is today. You will always be the foundation of this legacy.

Charlotte, get ready. We’re bringing that same elite standard, that same relentless work ethic, and the exact same hunger. The best is yet to come.
