Sometimes the simplest ingredients make the best meals—especially when they’re made by Cousin Rob. 🍅🍝

Cherry tomatoes sautéed in EVOO with onion, garlic, red pepper flakes, and tomato paste until they burst into a rich sauce. Fresh torn basil, a little pasta water, and a generous finish of Pecorino Romano.

Nothing complicated. Just fresh ingredients, a hot pan, and a whole lot of flavor. 🇮🇹🤌

Cousin Josie sent over some pictures and video of dinner the other night… and now I’m craving fried chicken cutlets! 😂

Crispy chicken cutlets over creamy Alfredo pasta, topped with Parmesan. 🤤

I’m pretty sure Josie understood the assignment! 👏🍗🍝

Shoutout to cousin Rob @ciuffinis.italian.pastries — the one and only Cannoli King of the North Shore — for whipping up some serious Brucaluni and gravy.

These rolled-up beauties simmering in that rich Sunday gravy had us all drooling over the pics even if we missed out on tasting them.

Nothing beats family in the kitchen! ❤️🇮🇹

Two boxes of cannolis + two boxes of cannoli cups from @ciuffinis.italian.pastries = gone in record time 😂 These things are dangerously good! Crispy shells and that creamy filling… 10/10.
