meet The Girls ✨ the best part about being a coach are definitely the clients. every time we workout i try to teach, train, and leave them better than how they came to me. but in actuality they are the ones giving me meaning, purpose, and a good laugh 😂

having to pivot in my business has not been easy but these girls make it worth it. I know I have a purpose for what I do. This isn’t just a business. This is my ministry & God will finish what He started.

If getting in shape, growing closer to God, & finding community is one of your 2026 goals please don’t hesitate to join The Girls.

i ❤️ mornings & I encourage everyone to come up with a morning routine moving into 2026

as a fitness coach it’s important to balance taking care of yourself and your clients! While every morning doesn’t look the same 3 things will always happen 1) getting into that Word 2) physical exercise 3) training The Girls ! I’m currently in a phase of transition but I’m so proud of myself for not giving up on my calling. Philippians 1:6 says He will finish what He started & I hang on to that every day!!

Do you have morning routine?

Every great love story has a cast of incredible people behind it — and ours showed OUT. Bridal squad glowing, groomsmen did not come to play. What a moment. 🤍🔥🎬 #onceamponsahtime

creating a safe, fun environment in the gym for all my clients is always the goal. teaching them the importance of moving their bodies on the daily & knowing the importance of nutrition has given my life so much meaning!! it was never a dream or goal of mine to become a fitness coach i actually when to school to become a lawyer but God has a way of revealing of what He wants you to do! everyday day whether I’m coaching my in person clients or my online clients God reveals to me I’m right where He wants me to be!
