What an opportunity I had this weekend to work THE College Gameday and meeting some of the biggest football personalities on this planet. It was a lot working and zero pay but an amazing time.

I was a freshman at Drake when I met 10-year-old Julie Rittgers. She was a lil baller at a Drake bball camp I that was working at as a camp coach. Jan, Jenni and I have shared a lifetime of cherished memories with her family since that time. Nancy and Ken were a second family to all of us during our time at Drake… and we have stayed close ever since. Julie, Nancy and Lisa hosted us along with their beautiful families for an amazing weekend at their beautiful home on the Metolius River in Oregan. It was spectacular in every way! We capped off the weekend, seeing our beloved Megan and the Portland Fire beat the Seattle Storm.

60 looks so good on you, @juliefitzpatrick22 😊Celebrating you is so easy to do!🙌🏼 You’re an incredible example of everything that is right in this world…you shine with grace, kindness and a genuine compassion for all you meet. Our 4J family is beyond blessed that we get to witness your grace, kindness, compassion & love every single day! You make the world a better place… especially the part of the world that Jack, Janie and I get to live in with you!❤️
Happy Birthday! We love you, Jules! God bless! PS Your jumper may not be “quite” as pure as it was back in the day… but, it’s still pretty smooth!😉 OG 22😜
