Remembering Julie and Mikes wedding day at Chileno Bay.

A day filled with the people closest to them, beautiful details, and plenty of moments worth holding onto. I loved getting to document this one from beginning to end.

Herbal foot soak w/ Epsom salts, shoulder rubs with arnica, baby in your arms, and a beautiful view… we love the raw authentic experience of motherhood but also - you have free will and the permission to romanticize your postpartum experience 😘 ❤️

One of our favorite modalities postpartum: Bengkung bellybinding ✨💕

This is a beautiful practice to connect back to our body after birth, while feeling physically held and supported. This ancient Malaysian style of binding was utilized for 10-12 hours a day for the first 40 days postpartum.

While that is great to use as inspiration, it’s pretty unrealistic for most modern mamas. So what do we recommend? While every body is uniquely different, we often see a sweet spot of around 3-5 hours at a time - as frequent as preferred! There are many modified variations (like velcro binders) but we love the gentle nature of the layered muslin cotton cloth and the feeling of a snug hug it provides. 🫶✨🌸

P.S. you can self bind with this technique as well!

Dang summer was all over the place!

Italy, Greece, France, Monaco, Peru and Belize… tons of time with family and friends and a few firsts including: ice climbing, tagging my first summit (5,500m), finally getting to the elusive 7a club lol, and enjoying some trailer life on the ranch in Auburn.

Now stoked to be back in Vegas for the fall climbing season and digging into a few projects!
