Recruiting isn’t luck, it’s alignment.
Seasons change, but opportunities have their own clock. 🌐

Although it’s fall, here’s a look ahead at the spring and summer — when recruiting truly comes alive. Playing in the right events at the right time and communicating with clarity when it’s allowed can be the difference between being seen and being overlooked.

From Texas to the coasts, our athletes are making an impact nationwide. We are grateful to be surrounded by future Doctors, Presidents, Coaches, and stand-up citizens in our community.

From nursing to engineering, kinesiology to business — we’re building more than athletes

Training exposes more than your strength.
It reveals your habits, your mindset, your triggers, and your resilience — in life, not just in sport.

So we’re asking:
What’s the biggest thing you’ve learned about yourself through training? 👀
(It can be positive or negative — but it’s real.)

more work to get done. 🏋🏽‍♀️

Upper body strength means more than aesthetics — it’s power, stability, and control through every rep, throw, hit, or press.

Olympic lifts, anti-rotational drills, and overhead stability work are what separate real athletes from weightroom lifters.

Lock in. Don’t just look strong — be strong.
