Did you know that approximately 4000 individuals in Virginia live with Sickle Cell Disease and you have the ability to help them. Please consider donating blood at the Historic Hampton Chapter’s Sickle Cell Awareness Blood Drive, because Our Blood Matters. #sicklecellawarenessmonth #JJOAVAGIVES #jjoahampton #historichamptonjjoa 💗💙

✨ An amazing brunch for an amazing group of young leaders! ✨

Exquisite Treats by Jay had the pleasure of catering the Jack and Jill Mid Atlantic Region Teen Officers Retreat, and we truly enjoyed every moment! 💙🩷

For their “Best in Class Brunch,” we created a fun Build Your Own Brunch Charcuterie experience featuring chicken & waffle bites, mini grits bowls with all the toppings, fresh fruit, bagels, muffins, croissants, veggies, and more plus a Build Your Own Mocktail Bar for the perfect finishing touch! 🧇🍍🥐🥂

A huge THANK YOU to @jjmarteens for trusting Exquisite Treats by Jay to be part of such a special retreat. These teens were an absolutely amazing group bright, respectful, engaging, and full of potential. We are so proud of the work Jack and Jill of America continues to do in developing, encouraging, and pouring into the next generation of leaders. 👏🏾💙🩷

It was truly an honor to serve you all!

In 1963 Birmingham, racism was explicit, legalized and violently enforced. The bombing of 16th Street Baptist Church was part of that reality.

Sixty-three years later, the laws have changed, but the work is not finished. Inequity can be harder to see, history can still be challenged or erased, and each generation has a responsibility to recognize what remains and protect the progress that came before us.

Through the Then / Now lens, Mid-Atlantic Regional Teen President Bennett Askew reflects on what it means to inherit that history and carry its lessons forward.

Last Monday of the Month. Lasting Impact.💫
As we close out the month, we’re celebrating the leadership, growth, and lasting memories our teens gained at Teen Leadership Conference 2026 in Greensboro, NC. Throughout the conference, they connected with peers from across the region, served their communities, conducted the business of Jack and Jill, embraced new experiences, and strengthened lifelong friendships. They returned home inspired, empowered, and ready to lead with purpose, proving that when young leaders are equipped, there’s no limit to the impact they can make. We look forward to watching them continue to shine in their schools, communities, and beyond! #MondayMotivation #jjmarteens #martlc2026 #historichamptonjjoa #jjoahampton💖💙
