To sum up this semester: I ran a lot of miles, went to a lot of sculpt classes, played lots of pickleball, won some awards, only got 1 concussion, and spent my time with my favorite people! see you in a few!

about 9 months ago, josh and I started going to Corepower together. we somehow found our way into emily’s class and got humbled very quick, but decided we would keep coming back because we wanted to get stronger. the more we came the more we saw the same people and got to know all the instructors. we started going every morning together, showing up earlier every time just to catch up everyday. we quickly saw the community forming around us and realized that each and every person shows up for themselves and for one another. that’s where the sculpt cult came in- the name is deceiving we aren’t mean!

each of these amazing people have brought so much love, happiness, and strength into my life. they became the people i started everyday with and were very worth the 6am alarm. each of them have given me a reason to smile everyday and have been my rocks when time gets tough. these people are my family away from home and have been a support system i never knew i needed. whether it be Emily encouraging us to pick up heavy weights, Dani sending us funny memes, Jason with the pep talks, or everyone just cracking jokes, these people have taught me so much about presence and how to enjoy each moment that you are in! anyway, enough of the sappy moments i just hope everyone finds their people like i have found mine❤️
