EASILY a top 5 closing today with EASILY some of my favorite clients!!! When clients become friends, you know you’re in the right gig 💕

Closing turned into lunch, which turned into 2 hours of laughing so hard my cheeks hurt. So so so happy for these buyers of ours!

As always, special thank you to @rawblinder for knocking this one out of the park and trusting me to get it done! Cheers to the coolest girl squad buying the coolest house 🫶🏼🤍🏡

I’ve always loved Valentine’s Day. I’m a true lover girl, and I love a good excuse for a hopelessly romantic gesture.

5 years ago, this reallyyyyy cute girl asked me if I had a valentine. I didn’t. She told me “well, now you do!” We decorated sugar cookies, ate sushi, played all evening at the arcade, poured our hearts out at the bar, and wrapped up the night doing our favorite thing: kissing. She suddenly stopped me and asked “what time is it???” It was nearly midnight. Before the clock had a chance to strike 12 on a new day, she asked me to be her girlfriend. It was the second easiest yes of my life.

This year, we celebrated our first Valentine’s Day as wives. Marrying her was the absolute easiest yes of my life. I am so grateful to spend every milestone, every ordinary day, and every waking moment with my very best friend. You are so patient, intentional, thoughtful, gentle, bright, hilarious, fierce, loyal, lovely, and altogether radiant. I still can’t believe how lucky I am. Here’s to my forever valentine, thank you for continually showering me with love no matter the holiday or occasion. 💌🌹💍
