It’s giving MUVAAA… ⬇️

Imagine being told that your baby is too small and being recommended to be induced because she may have a better chance outside of you. So, you constantly have to advocate for your birthing preference. Are you her mother?

Imagine seeing a specialist every other week to monitor your child’s growth and having anxiety with which nurse would complete her biophysical. You see and feel the growth and know your baby is perfect but precaution is taken just in case. They compare her to every other baby as to where she should be. You question if anything was medically supported and continue to advocate. Are you her mother?

Imagine all of the horror stories, opinions, and traumas that people try to place on you about being a first time mom and what to expect during labor. You tell them that’s their story. Are you her mother?

My baby girl, my baby genius, I carried you for 9 months- full term. I talked to you, read to you, cried over you, prayed for you. I became a better woman because of you. I trusted my instinct and God when it came to you. Most importantly, I believed in you!

I was in labor (pre and active) for a total of five hours. Breathing through every contraction unmedicated- calling her name and calling out to God. My water broke at 4:45AM and I met her at 9:12AM. Having her slid out of my womb in under 3 hours was everything I could’ve hoped and prayed for. I’m proud of myself, my body, and my Juneteenth baby. My healthy, joyful, beautiful, and powerful baby girl. I am your mother! ❤️

This is no black history post.
Neither is this a tribute to any world celebrity. For the Lord knows who you are and every contribution of every man. >>>
This is a message to the world: My relationship with Jesus is very visual… where I now know and see Him as The Christ! …If I gathered alllll the men and women I know into one room and at once we all yelled “Hallelujah”… that frequency would never amount to the frequency from God TO US‼️ So, Since I know that I simply am just His Son, I must grow in my devotion and faithfulness to My Father. O’ to learn the ways of God and to do the works he has sent us here to do‼️🙌🏾 I now realize that my life doesn’t need to be “mic’d up” for God to hear my heart clearly! He dwells here! He knows when I am bringing glory to Him and when I am not. O’ to be in this secret place… where no one hears what you hear and no one smells what you smell and no one feels what you feel! God, This relationship leaves me speechless… staring and gazing in awe of your active, tangible presence. And so, I breath out…what You breath in… now and forever, in Jesus name, Amen.
