Ad Quid Vivimus — “To What End Do We Live?”

Presented at Champagne & Chocolate 2026, this conceptual fashion show explores the timeless question that has shaped human civilization for millennia.

JOHNATHON: Inspired by Saint Sebastian, a symbol of martyrdom, conviction, and unwavering belief, this collection reflects on the courage it takes to hold true to one’s values—even when faced with adversity or persecution.

Through fashion, art, and storytelling, the show examines the diverse value systems that define humanity. Rather than declaring one way of life as right or wrong, this presentation offers a neutral observation—almost as if seen through the lens of an outsider studying human existence.

Are some beliefs more true than others?
Are all perspectives equally necessary for humanity to evolve?
Or in the vast scale of creation, do none of them ultimately matter?

This evening invites the audience to reflect, interpret, and decide for themselves.

✨ Champagne & Chocolate 2026 celebrates creativity while supporting the arts community in Tulsa, Oklahoma, bringing together fashion, philanthropy, and culture for an unforgettable night.

Met Gala or Red Ribbon??

What an honor it has been to dress friends and clients alike for @RedRibbonGala.

Though it’s always fun dress up, show up and show out in unique ways, we need not to lose focus from the cause at hand. It was an underlying mission that the pieces commissioned for the event align with a story.

• Muscle Fascia Suit(Worn by Chris Bones) - to bring light to the physical fight the affliction and pain that HIV/HepC can have on the body of those affected, even if undergoing successful treatment.

• The Angel Wing Cape(Worn by Joe Franco), a message that through collective generosity and kindness, we can all do our part to act in selfless ways to help those in need in this fight.

• The Red Orchid Lapel Embellishment(Worn by Chris Mcabrey), like an Orchid sometimes, you may need 6 months or so to be dormant, until it’s time to bloom again, a message to those affected; that it’s okay to take time and rest and rejuvenate, so that when the time is right you too can shine.

• Pierced Arrow chest plate(Worn by Skylār), is inspired by the story of Saint Sebastian, and the message is one of remembrance of lives lost due to HIV/AIDS.

* The Safety/Swarovski Dress (Commissioned by Shannon Richards), (though it wasn’t worn to the event do to a last minute wardrobe malfunction) the message it brings is one of armor and resilience, to help bring hope for those who are in this fight, and to persevere.
