I recently visited Eclair French Pastry with a group of my coffee-loving friends—and as someone on a mission to explore great coffee shops (this was my 156th local coffee shop visit!), this stop did not disappoint. Eclair French Pastry is a genuine slice of France right here is Sandy, Utah. The charming decor is warm and inviting, right down to the beautifully arranged display cases filled with an impressive variety of French treats. The eclairs are absolutely worth the visit, and every pastry is handmade in-house using the finest ingredients. The drink menu doesn’t disappoint either, offering a nice selection of coffee and specialty beverages, both hot and cold. I enjoyed a chocolate ganache brownie topped with fresh berries, and an iced caramel latte. So delicious! I also had the chance to sample a chocolate eclair, a raspberry cheesecake, a lemon tart, and a Dubai Chocolate cheesecake that was to die for! Add in the excellent, friendly customer service, and it’s easy to see why Eclair French Pastry has become a favorite spot and is definitely going down as a memorable stop on my coffee shop journey! @eclairslc #frenchpastry #sandycoffeeshop #sandycoffee #utahcoffee #utahcoffeeshop #localcoffeeshop #lovemylatte

What a delightful find on my 136th Local Coffee Shop adventure! Leavity Bread & Coffee perfectly combines artisanal baking with exceptional coffee. Their daily selection of sourdough breads, made with organic and heirloom grains, is truly impressive. The specialty coffee menu offered a good variety, and the baristas were knowledgeable and helpful. I loved how they incorporate their sourdough bread into sandwiches and also offer other baked items, all of which looked delicious. I enjoyed a latte and a blueberry scone with boysenberry preserves. Both were excellent! The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming, perfect for spending time with friends while enjoying some of the best bread and coffee in Salt Lake City. #leavitybread #leavitybreadandcoffee #slccoffee #slccoffeeshop #utahcoffee #utahcoffeeshop #lovemylatte

This morning I enjoyed my 97th Coffee Shop Visit in Daybreak with some of my favorite coffee-loving friends. We enjoyed a variety of delicious coffee drinks at GROUND TO EARTH Coffee and Drink Bar in Daybreak. A wide variety of different drink options, plus yummy options for baked treats. The baristas were friendly and helpful. A very nice environment for enjoying your coffee and friendly conversations. I recommend going there soon...you will be pleased! — 97th Local Coffee Shop Visit — 11248 S Kestrel Rise Rd #102, South Jordan — @groundtoearthcoffeeanddrinkbar #localcoffee #utahcoffee #daybreakcoffee #utahcoffeeshop #localcoffeeshop #westjordancoffeeshop #lovemylatte

I have been sitting at my table working on a cowl to gift this Christmas and meditating on gratitude. I set my work down to take a break and when I came back, I looked down at all of the beautiful stitch markers, some of them bought and some gifted to me all made by the talented and lovely @vanessamelvingunn , and I was struck with some serious feels. I am so thankful for the wonderful people I have come to know through open crafting Sundays at @southparkdrygoods. Pints and Purls nights and Hillcrest Panera. Thank you so very much for your positive energy, creativity, and friendship.

Throwback Thursday to last month's walk in Moore Park with @jkmacbog. A cool spot on a hot day, a quietness and calm on a busy day. #klamathfalls #oregon #oregontrail #oregonexplored #oregonhikes #pnw #pacificnorthwest #hikinggirl
