Dear Track and Field,

Thank you for the making me the man I am today. The competitive nature this sport and the constant drive to improve will forever be a part of my life.

Most importantly, I could not be here without God. I’ve experienced countless blessings living through you.

To my family and supporter system, I can not thank you enough. The battle through injuries, mental stress, and confidence could not be fought without you. When I wanted to quit, you kept me going.

To my teammates and competitors, thank you. The memories and friendships feel forever lasting and made every second worth it. Without your support I would have never made it this far.

Thank you to all of my coaches i’ve had during this journey. Whether you were my official coach, club coach, or a coach for a rivalry team, I am forever grateful for your advice and commitment to making me a better athlete.

Ending my career with a lifetime best and couldn’t be happier💛🖤

A wonderful weekend for Warhawk Throws! Proud of this group and their phenomenal hard work - they came to compete when it counted! Grateful for their daily investments that create the spark for some remarkable results. 14 Conference Qualifiers, Several Solid Outdoor Conference Debuts/Performances, 3 WIAC Medals, and 2 UWW Top 10 Marks‼️🟣⚪️ An immensely exciting environment to be a part of - marvelous marks earned through a fantastic foundation of effort and intensity! Thankful to be a Warhawk, and we aren’t done yet! 💜
