Happy Monday, Wellness Crew! 🌸

We're sharing fresh from a very exciting week here in WNC! Every year we're visited by some unique and elusive friends, the Blue Ghost Fireflies, and last week they really showed up for us! 🩵✨

With Night Hikes and Overnight Forest Bathing Retreats we've welcomed so many of you to a beautiful (and private) 900-acre property to witness one of nature's most beautiful displays in our part of the country. This week we're also welcoming more groups for this bucket-list experience and, due to high demand, we've added two new time slots on May 16th and 17th so there's still opportunities to join us! 😍

This past week also saw the re-opening of our beloved Yoga Hike trail, Bearwallow, which has been undergoing some post-hurricane TLC - it felt so good to be back on the mountain! We offer public hikes every Friday - Sunday at 9am, or request your private hike on a day/time that suits your flow! ⛰️

Whether you're local or in town for a special weekend, we'd love to see you for a public experience or curated weekend of magic! Enjoy Tarot Readings, Forest Bathing, Private Yoga Classes, Sound Baths and more! Contact our friendly and helpful team via email or phone and start planning your Asheville adventure! 🙌
