HEY FAM! 💛🏃‍♀️ PRAYER RUN WEDNESDAY IS CALLING! 🙏🔥

A new morning, a new opportunity to spend time in God’s presence and start the day with the right focus. ☀️

We don’t come together to chase numbers, compete for speed, or prove what we can do. We come to encourage one another, pray for each other, and remind ourselves where our true strength comes from. ❤️‍🔥

Some days we feel strong, other days we need a little extra encouragement. And that’s exactly why community matters. We don’t have to run this race alone!

📖 “But they that wait upon the LORD shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary…” — Isaiah 40:31 (KJV)

Whether you’re a slow, medium, or fast runner—or you’re just looking for a reason to get out of bed and move your body—there’s a place for you here! No pressure, no competition. Just running, prayer, and fellowship. 🤍

And of course, we’re keeping the good conversations going after the run with our After-Run Coffee! ☕️🫶🏼

So set your alarm, grab your running shoes, and let’s start Wednesday with Jesus! 🙌🏽

📍 EZB Park — by the skatepark, Frankfurt
⏰ Tomorrow | 6:00 AM
☕️ After-Run Coffee Session

Come as you are. Bring a friend. We’d love to see you! 💛

RUN. PRAY. FELLOWSHIP. 🏃‍♂️🙏

HEY FAM! ❤️🏃‍♀️🙏 PRAYER RUN WEDNESDAY IS HERE! 🔥

The mornings are getting colder and darker, but we keep showing up—not just for the run, but for the One who gives us strength. 💪🏽

We know getting out of bed at 5-something AM isn’t always easy. 🥶 But there’s something special about starting your day in God’s presence, running alongside one another, praying for each other, and building each other up in faith. We don’t just run together—we grow together. ❤️‍🔥

And remember: it’s not about your pace, it’s about your presence! Whether you’re a fast runner, a beginner, or just looking for a reason to get moving, there’s a place for you here. No pressure, no competition—just faith, fellowship, and taking the next step together. 🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️

📖 “I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me.” — Philippians 4:13

A little testimony of @nhi101 to encourage you: God can do more through us than we could ever do in our own strength. Sometimes, all it takes is showing up, trusting Him, and taking that first step. You never know what He might do in and through you when you make room for Him. 🙌🏽🔥

So if you’ve been thinking about joining us but haven’t made it yet, let this be your sign! We would love to meet you. And yes, we’re still running even when it’s cold—so dress warm! 🧥❄️

And of course, we’ll finish with our After-Run Coffee Session ☕️❤️ because the fellowship doesn’t end when the run does!

📍 Where: EZB Park, by the skatepark
⏰ When: Tomorrow at 6:00 AM
☕️ Afterwards: Coffee, conversations & community

Let’s give God our morning, our week, and every step along the way.

See you tomorrow, Fam! ❤️‍🔥🏃‍♂️🙏

RUN. PRAY. FELLOWSHIP.

A new week. A new opportunity to meet with God. 🙏🏃

Before the day gets busy, before the notifications start, before everything else demands your attention—come and start your morning in His presence.

We run, we pray, we encourage each other, and we remind ourselves that we were never meant to walk this race alone.

“Commit your way to the LORD; trust in him, and he will act.” — Psalm 37:5

No matter your pace. No matter how your week is going. Just come as you are. 🤍

📍 Every Wednesday | 6:00 AM
📍 EZB Park, Ostpark Frankfurt

The mornings are getting darker. The air is getting colder. 🍂🏃‍♀️

But we keep showing up.

Because following God doesn’t mean every season will feel easy. It means trusting Him enough to keep taking the next step—even when the conditions change, motivation fades, or the road feels a little harder.

We don’t run because it’s always comfortable.
We run because He gives us the strength to keep going.

“Let us run with perseverance the race marked out for us, fixing our eyes on Jesus.” — Hebrews 12:1–2

So as the mornings get darker, let’s keep our eyes on the Light. 🤍

Tomorrow morning, we’re back at it. 🌅🏃‍♀️🙏

No pressure to be fast. No pressure to have everything figured out. Just a chance to step away from the noise, move your body, talk to God, and start the day together.

“Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid… for the LORD your God goes with you.” — Deuteronomy 31:6

Come as you are. We’ll run the rest together. 🤍

Perseverance doesn’t mean never getting tired. It means choosing to keep going because your eyes are fixed on the One who gives you strength. 🙏🏃

When we follow God, we don’t have to carry every challenge in our own strength. We can take the next step, even when the road feels long, knowing He is with us.

“Let us run with perseverance the race marked out for us, fixing our eyes on Jesus.” — Hebrews 12:1–2

Keep your eyes on Him. Keep moving forward. One step at a time. 🤍

See you tomorrow at 6 AM at the calestanics racks EZB/Ostpark, Frankfurt am Main

10 PEOPLE. 🙌🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️

A few weeks ago we had our biggest Prayer Run so far—and our hearts are full of gratitude.

Whether it’s 2 people or 12, every single person matters. We’re thankful for everyone who chooses, even just on one Wednesday, to get out of bed, make time for God, and honor Him by taking care of the body He has given us—all in community.

There’s no pressure to be consistent. No pressure to be fast. Just an invitation to show up, pray, run, and fellowship.

“For where two or three are gathered in my name, there am I among them.” — Matthew 18:20

Thank you to every person who has been part of this journey. We’re excited for everyone still to come. 🤍

See you next Wednesday at 6 AM at EZB Park, Ostpark Frankfurt

Every prayer run reminds us that this is God’s work, not ours. 🤍

We’re so thankful for the community He’s building and for everyone who joins us—whether it’s your first run or your fiftieth. There is no pressure to perform or be “perfectly consistent”; we’re simply grateful that God keeps drawing people together to seek Him.

“Unless the Lord builds the house, the builders labor in vain.” — Psalm 127:1

Here’s to many more mornings of prayer, fellowship, and following where He leads. 🙏🏃‍♀️✨

Have a blessed Weekend. ❤️

Tomorrow we run again. 🏃‍♂️🙏

Not because it’s always easy.
Not because we always feel like it.
But because faith grows through consistency, and community makes every step stronger.

„So whether you eat or drink or whatever you do, do it all for the glory of God.“ – 1 Corinthians 10:31

Start your day with purpose.
