Moab 178. What a wild ride. Yesterday I was headed up towards the mountains towards the back half of the race when Raegan somehow got a call through to my phone. “Adam, we have some bad news.” “You forgot my headlamp didn’t you?” “No. I wish. They…cancelled the race.” I looked at the mountains I planned on climbing, leading to Geyser pass, and the direction back into town at Moab where the finish was. I cried. I sat down on the trail. I was so close. My pacer James and I were forced to turn back and get picked up after 178 miles of hard work. I was mad. Really upset. The rain wasn’t melting me. But @destinationtrailraces made the right decision. The weather was terrible and only getting worse. Despite how it ended, this was one of the best experiences of my life. Not because of the distance I covered, but because of the people who did it with me and the ones who kept me upright. Raegan, you’re my rock. I needed you in this race. I need you every day. Cayson and Rian, I do this weird and insane stuff to prove to you that nothing is impossible. Jered, Dakota, Ethan, James: I leaned on you (literally at times) to keep on pushing. I’m so grateful for the people in my life. This was a selfish adventure for me with a bunch of selfless people taking care of me. @raegan_cordell @mi_name_is_url @jlei307 @slum_kid_307 @rian_renea @jpcol1990 I was “running” on knees that wouldn’t bend and half an ankle for a long time and there wasn’t one doubt in my mind that I was going all the way to the 240 mile mark. Ladies and gentlemen, I’m going to make a splash in this 200+ mile distance. I learned a lot this weekend. See you next year in Tahoe ✌️ Happy trails. #moab240 #ultrarunning #keeppushing #grateful #wyomingrunner

🇺🇸 The Murph Challenge 2025 — RPM Fitness Edition 🇺🇸 This marks RPM Fitness’ 4th official year hosting The Murph Challenge — and I actually hosted it unofficially for 2 years before that! And let me just say… this was our biggest and best turnout yet. We had some incredible go-getters show up — people with grit, determination, and a deep love for our country. I’m truly honored to hold space for this event — for everyone who has ever shown up, and for everyone who will in the future. The people I’ve met through this challenge have left a lasting impact on my heart. 💛 Hosting The Murph is more than just another workout — it’s a passion project. I’m so thankful for:     •    My health     •    This community     •    The chance to help others on their fitness journeys     •    And the freedom we have thanks to the men and women who serve, and especially those who have made the ultimate sacrifice to keep freedom free🇺🇸 The Murph Challenge is no joke: 🏃‍♂️ 1 mile run 💪 100 pull-ups 💪 200 push-ups 🦵 300 air squats 🏃‍♀️ Followed by another 1 mile run All in a weighted vest if you’re going Rx. 🔥 And YES — we had some amazing athletes crush this workout Rx’d! Y’all absolutely killed it! Huge thanks to everyone who made this year’s event a success: 🎥 Our original videographer couldn’t make it, but shoutout to:     •    Artesia for capturing awesome pics & videos     •    James Noblin for the incredible drone footage     •    Anna Gusse for the group photos     •    And my husband Aaron Mills for pulling together the video edit! 👏👏👏 This event means so much — not just for fitness, but for honoring the men and women who have fought and continue to fight for our freedom. Thank you to all who showed up. Thank you to all who serve. We see you. We honor you. We remember you. 🇺🇸 #MurphChallenge2025 #RPMFitness #HonorTheFallen #MemorialDayMurph #CommunityStrong #1P  #Phamily #FitnessWithPurpose #NoExcusesJustWork #ThankYouForYourService #BuiltNotBought #MurphRx #SupportOurTroops #VeteransStrong #FreedomIsntFree #MurphMindset #Wedothework

Murph Challenge 2025 🇺🇸 | RPM Fitness Year 4 Huge thank you to everyone who joined RPM Fitness for our 4th annual Murph—both near and far! This event means so much to me. I’m incredibly grateful for my freedom and for those who made the ultimate sacrifice to protect it. This year was our biggest turnout yet, and I’m beyond honored to host this tradition. The post-Murph fellowship made it even more special—thank you all for being a part of it! We had some added fuel to power us through—with Enduro-Phormance pre-Murph, plus some recovery support after with Phormula-1 Clear (Strawberry Limeade & Lemonade), 1st Phorm Level-1 Bars, and meat sticks! Oh, and yes… breakfast burritos were involved—special request only 😉. (Link in bio for 1st Phorm!) Special shoutout to my trainer friend Nancy who crushed it virtually with a weighted vest! So inspiring. I say it every year… 2026, I’m coming for that weighted Murph! 😉 Also—small win: I beat last year’s time! Only by seconds, but progress is progress! More pictures and video to come—stay tuned! We had a special visit from Officer Thompson before we started. 🙏🏽Special Thanks Artesia for keeping time for us, James for being our drone & camera guy, Dustin for marking the 1/2 mile for our 1 mile run (awesome art work) 😅 & also taking pics, & everyone else that took pics! Can’t wait to see them all! ❤️ 🤍 💙 🇺🇸 @murphchallenge I challenge @timmythegasmanj @kevinclarkwy & @thebohemianfarmer 👊🏽💪🏽🇺🇸 #MurphChallenge #MemorialDayMurph #RPMFitness #HonorTheFallen #GratefulHeart #Murph2025 #FitFam #ProgressNotPerfection #StrongerTogether #FueledBy1stPhorm#iamfirstphorm #1P #CommunityStrong #PostMurphFuel

Top 25 at the freaking Leadville 100 mile race! It still all feels like a dream. 100 miles is an adventure and it turns out that it’s a really long ways too. In this Ultra world, I’m not the most talented. I don’t have the most experience. I’m definitely not the most knowledgeable. But I’ll tell you one thing: I WILL ENDURE PAIN longer than you which is why I think I found my niche. Thank you to my crew. Mom and dad, you did everything for me perfectly. Jared, dude you paced me for 38 gosh darn miles. Stud. Keep pushing boundaries ✌️#leadvilletrail100
