🦋 Sister to Sister

Sister, who is in your corner cheering you on? We all need a sister who reminds us that caring for our body is caring for the temple God gave us.

Wellness isn't a solo journey — it's better together. Walk together. Stretch together. Encourage one another. 💜

One small movement today is enough. And when you show up for each other, nobody has to show up alone.

Who's your wellness sister? Tag her and tell her you appreciate her. 💬

Help Me Wish “MommaJuan” Happy Birthday 🎉🎊🎁

As an introvert at heart, my mother has always been a little loud, flamboyant, and extra to me. As I have gotten older, I realized those feelings were my insecurities not anything about her as a person.

My mother is a loving Godly woman who doesn’t have a malicious bone in her body. She will tell you she is “Uniquely Juan”. That is how God made her and she embraces that to the fullest extent.

So the lesson for today is embrace and love yourself. Those who are meant to be in your life will be there.

Happy MommaJuan Day 😍😍😍

You don’t have to take your next step alone. 💜🦋

Behind S.A.F.E., Inc. is a sisterhood of women who love Jesus and care about encouraging you through life’s seasons.

Sometimes the next step is taking a deep breath, asking for help, or spending time with women who remind you that you matter. You don’t need to have everything figured out to begin.

What’s one small step you’re taking for yourself this week? Share below—we’d love to encourage you. 💬

Before you rush into the week… pause. Breathe. Pray. 💜

Relax your shoulders and try this gentle breathing practice:

🦋 Inhale for 4 seconds
🦋 Hold for 4 seconds
🦋 Exhale for 6 seconds
🦋 Rest for 2 seconds

Repeat 3–5 times at a comfortable pace. Skip the hold if uncomfortable.

Let this moment be a simple prayer: “Lord, help me receive Your peace and take today one step at a time.”

Have you ever shared good news… and wished someone would celebrate with you? 🦋👏🏾

In “Can You Clap for Me?” Maya’s accomplishment opens up a conversation about feeling seen, supported, and celebrated.

Sometimes encouragement sounds like: “I see your hard work. I’m proud of you. Your win matters.” 💜

At S.A.F.E., Inc., we believe sisterhood includes making room for one another’s joy.

Watch our short film, then tell us: What’s one win—big or small—you’re proud of? Let’s celebrate you in the comments! 👏🏾✨
