A lot of men don’t speak about mental health, but to cap off Men’s Mental Health Month, I decided to invite some guys out to have real conversations, check in on one another, and create a space where everyone could be heard.
I’m grateful I put together this Men’s Mental Health Dinner, and an even bigger shoutout to every man who showed up, opened up, listened, and supported one another. Moments like these remind us that strength isn’t just about pushing through—it’s also about speaking up.
This is only the beginning. There will definitely be more mental health awareness events and community conversations coming soon.
Remember: You matter. Your story matters. Your mental health matters. 💙

A trip to Columbus gave me a chance to connect and continue to support the good guys!

Thankful for @davidegelhoff1 and his time, support and special memories.🌰

So happy for @diebler_jake and thankful for our friendship. 🤝

Thrilled for @o_tate defying the odds every step of the way and for being the leader his hometown can forever look up to! Congratulations on your number retirement.👊🏼

So proud of the man @jlyle13_ has worked so hard to become. 📈

“Constraints Live Play” with Houston Rockets Forward @o_tate

With high level players it can be difficult to duplicate the perception, which dictates action, that a player will see in real games.

Therefore putting “constraints” in your live play will push the player to explore & develop new skills that were not possible without adding constraints to their workout.

@o_tate working on a “closed stance” attack!

Over the course of JT’s 5 year NBA career he’s finished over 57% of his 2FG! Which ranks 5th of all current NBA players 6’4” and below!
