Here's a throwback from about three years ago (??). It's based on a postcard from Jim Lynch, of a wall mural. I tried to incorporate doors, parking spaces, and other details in the scene.

We were on our way to @sunsnow_co when we got delightfully distracted by the charming vintage shop @citymousestl and we’re so glad we did.

A huge thank you to Casey for inviting us into the dressing room and suggesting it as the perfect spot for a group photo. It truly felt like stepping into a different era. Every little detail was thoughtfully persevered, creating a space filled with timeless charm, romantic nostalgia, and a touch of magic.

And as if that wasn’t enough, I also found a few treasures I’d been searching for! I finally came across a vintage mailbox coiled postage stamp holder I’d been hoping to find for years. Add some amazing pin-back buttons and beautiful vintage papers, and it felt like the perfect vintage shopping adventure. Some days, the best memories are made when you take the unexpected detour. To enjoy this last statement, you need to know Jill and I. We schedule, plan and organize down to every detail. The day’s planned events went out the door after spending two hours at our first shop.

Thank you again, Casey, for being the sweetest, cutest, and most wonderfully unique shop owner. Your kindness, warmth, and eye for creating such a magical space made our visit one we’ll never forget. We can’t wait to come back!
