Day 73 is complete 🥳 Can we all agree that we can find 10 min a day to improve our health & mindset? I’m holding myself and all of you accountable to show up & get it done! I’ve realized in my 50s that I need to support my body differently than I did in my 30s and 40s. So I’ve committed myself to this low-impact routine to start my day for 90 days to see what happens 🙌 This routine is not replacing my usual routine: • daily steps • strength training • drinking my vitamins (yup, its a thing) • eating healthy Instead, I’m adding it in to my morning routine to see what happens. My body is feeling amazing with this tai-chi inspired routine. Here’s the breakdown (1 minute per move, 10 minutes total): Lymphatic hops Body Wave Arm Swings Dead Arms Trunk Twist Golf Swings Ballet Plié Open / Step back / Close March Body Taps Want to join me? Comment MOVE and I’ll send you the breakfown. Feel free to SAVE for reference later, FOLLOW for daily check-ins & updates and COPY LINK for support 👏👏 Want info on my drinkable vitamins (no more 💊 parade)? Comment SIP and I’ll send it over to you 😘 tai chi inspired workout | daily movement | 10 min exercise | lymphatic exercises #menopause #perimenopause #midlife #midlifewomen #wellnessjourney
