We serve an On Time God… a God who answers prayer on time. A God who calls people to His Kingdom on time, A God who invites us into mission community on time.
This was just a snapshot of last night’s South Bay leader meeting. A safe place to gather and break bread, and celebrate and grieve and pray and plan.
We celebrated all the answered prayers that we have been praying since the summer. We serve an on time God.
Maybe Jesus has been pressing on your heart to lead, serve behind the scenes or give… He’s on time with all the ways he provides… message us if you want to join the South Bae family 🤗🫶🏼🤗

26 years later, Jesus is still capturing my heart with the mission of Young Life… to introduce adolescents to Christ and help them grow in their faith. Thanking Jesus for the 3 busses of @ylsdmetro campers and leaders and the lives transformed this last week @yl_lostcanyon. And 26 years later I’m still getting dunked 💦🫠

We want to Congratulate our North Park Champions!! D1 Champs Elite! D2 Champs Pigskin Pirates! We had a great day of football at our North Park playoffs. For D1 we had 2 very close semi final games. Both coming down to the wire, with N&B edging out Mambas and Elite beating Rugrats. Both very close 1 score games. Then in the Championship game Elite jumped out to a big lead over N&B up 3+ scores. N&B made some good halftime adjustments and came roaring back. N&B got one last chance to win the game and had the ball on the 15 yard line with one last play. Elite played good defense and forced an incomplete pass, winning another North Park D1 title.
In our D2 matchups our #1 seed Pigskin Pirates took care of #4 Breadwinners in their semi final matchup. And in our other semi final we had an amazing finish, #3 SD Storm was down 1 score almost the entire game to #2 Chag. Chag went up 7 points with approximately 20 seconds left and on 3rd and 20 with 8 seconds left in the ball game SD Storm QB threw an amazing Hail Mary throw which was caught in the end zone as time expired. They decided to go for the win and their first lead of the game which they got, to finish off an improbable last second victory and comeback. And then in the Championship game we had another close game but Pigskin Pirates proved to live up to their #1 seed in our D2 playoffs. Congrats to both teams!!! And thank you to all of our teams, friends, and families who help make XFLAGFOOTBALL the biggest and Best league in the US!
