So incredibly thankful for these past few years and especially thankful for these girls. It may have been our last time dancing together but not the end of our friendships. I am going to miss y’all so much!

Find your people. The ones who lift you up — literally and figuratively. 😉💥 #ironsharpensiron

Never thought I’d find something I love as much as running, but here we are! @theironshopgym held their Memorial Day workout bash this morning. Over 100 of us working out together! I’ve never felt so encouraged or such a belonging in a gym before, and I’m so grateful for the ladies in the picture! They make this place special, they hold me accountable, they make me laugh, and most of all they cheer me on and encourage me every step! Iron sharpens iron! #ColtStrong

📍 THE IRON SHOP GYM
🏋️‍♂️🏋🏾‍♂️ STUDENT ATHLETE TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT

We firmly believe in finding that true balance — the right mix of strength, speed, agility, and nutrition. Brody is a shining example of how this approach can yield incredible results. Faster, stronger, more agile — all while honing his sports skills and building lean muscle mass.

When it comes to nutrition and training, there’s always a lot of talk. But let’s set the record straight — especially for high school students like Brody McClary who attends Caddo Mills.

Gone are the days of thinking young athletes don’t need to utilize good foods as their main source of efforts to be bigger, faster, stronger. What you put into your body matters. Brody’s transformation over the past year is a testament to that. It’s not about extreme programs or heavy lifting; it’s about proper technique, form, and yes, nutrition.

Brody’s dedication to his eating habits and training routine, both in and out of school hours, has paid off in a major way. The results speak volumes. February 2023 to June 2024 — and the progress is outstanding. Putting in the extra work in the gym has truly made a difference.

Brody, we’re proud of your achievements and can’t wait to see you dominate your junior season. Keep up the hard work and dedication! 💪🏀
