Stop choosing between a dry mane and a dirty scalp. 🛑 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ We’ve all heard that over-washing dries out your hair. It’s true absolutely yes and yes; stripping those natural oils leads to brittle, thirsty strands. But here’s THE catch: under-washing your scalp is just as bad. It leads to bacteria buildup, clogged follicles, and excess sebum. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ The Solution: Co-washing. It’s the bridge between hydration and hygiene. Shampoo your scalp 2–3 times a week, but use a co-wash in between to refresh your hair without the “strip.” Have you tried it yet? It’s a game-changer. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Drop a 🧼 if you’re a co-wash convert!

From her seven year old’s art to a special print she’s been eyeing, nutritionist and author @shira_rd framed pieces that make her home feel intentional. Her taste has evolved over the years, and with that came a new sense of purpose in how she decorates—transitioning away from “milennial beige” and creating new opportunities to spark joy through color and texture. 📸 @jmfavat

FOOD DONATION DRIVE - GOING STRONG! We are now also branching off to help an elementary school in the Union/Pico area that has been hit hard by ICE in LA. I’ll be dropping off food donations to them for their students & families every Thursday so keep the food donations coming! Every Friday I’ll also be delivering food donations to families in need with @nela_food_distribution_ and they are now asking for Venmo donations as they try to secure a storage space for all their food donations. I will be at this for a while so reach out if you want to help or set up a donation bin at your business. I will pickup! THANK YOU ALL! Huge thanks again to everyone who has donated near & far you are awesome.
