A message from our facilitator this weekend:) Thanks, Kat, for this giveaway 💕 Hi, Yoga Barn community. My name is Katt Brooks, and I am a Holistic Grief Coach based out of Chelsea, Quebec, supporting clients all nationally and internationally. I will be doing a beautiful offering in your space this coming Sunday, May 7th, and I have decided to do a GIVEAWAY for 1 admission space to the event! This admission can be for you or something in your world who may need it! Do the following to enter: 1) Like this post & and share it with your stories 2) Tag a friend 3) Follow me, @Katt.yogi, on instagram! More information about the workshop: “I am doing this work to more deeply know myself, to touch the core of who I am at my truth.” As we take a moment to pause, slow down the cycling thoughts that consume our minds, and we can begin to more clearly bear witness to who we are. We can create space to authentically witness the joy, light and deeper desires and more clearly see and honour the emotions and shadows that lay hidden. This presence is where to see our authentic truth. In this one hour workshop we will be using the power of the mind-body connection to do just this, to create space for Truth to be seen authentically. Participants will be guided through a powerful visualization to slow down the subconscious thought patterns and connect more deeply to their bodies & nervous systems. With this awareness and deep connection, Katt will invite participants to explore “being” in present moment. This expanding exercise will create space for both shadow and light to be seen, heard and held in honour. Supportive discussion and reflective journaling will follow to create an energetic vibration for participants to leave the workshop feeling more deeply connected to self. #yogabarn #yogaretreats #yogaheals #workshops #grief #support
