Meet Julianna Kratzer “Julz”! Julz is a 2nd year student here at LHU! She is currently completing her immersion at Coastal Carolina University in South Carolina. Julz completed her capstone requirement by receiving her IASTM certification and she is already incorporating that into her practice today!

After graduation she plans to stay down south and work at the college/university level. She hopes to work her way up to eventually work at the semiprofessional or even professional level!

Her biggest piece of advice for future students is to “find a study habit that works best for YOU and not what your classmates are doing, try your best, and do not be afraid to ask questions. If this profession is something you are passionate about, you should put your best foot forward everyday.”

We are so proud of Julz and all of her hard work and dedication! We can’t wait to see what the future holds for her!💕

Another round of Current Issues presentations from the 2nd years tonight! Jenna and Julz did their presentation on the Tactical Athlete, Kierston did hers on Gender Equity in Athletic Training, and Ari did her presentation on Athletic Trainers in the Clinical Orthopedic setting! All of these ladies shared great information for the audience to learn from! 🤓👏🏼

Our AT Friday Feature goes to Demetri Probst.

A fantastic addition to the team and an even better preceptor. But most importantly… Happy Wedding Weekend! 🥂
