When Joe signed up for coaching, he was in a similar position to many of the men I work with.

40 years old.

A few pounds heavier than he’d like.

Out of a groove with training.

Work was taking priority and therefore he’d fallen into a bit of a rut.

Joe wasn’t in terrible shape.

But he was coasting.

And like a lot of people, Joe had developed an all-or-nothing mindset.

One missed workout would turn into an entire missed week.

So, we focused on the fundamentals.

A training plan to fit his schedule.

A flexible nutrition plan that went with his lifestyle.

Simple daily habits that helped him build momentum again.

And the result?

18 lbs down.

With more muscle.

More energy.

And more confidence.

If you’re over 35, feel stuck in a rut, and know you’re capable of more, send me a message.

And let’s have a chat.

2025 on 🎞️.
20 rolls, countless moments.
This year I made the intention to photograph the people I love on film, so decades from now I can remember exactly how it felt to laugh, dance, cry, and live alongside each of you.

Here’s my year end review blog: https://sharonravindran.medium.com/2025-year-in-review-aka-i-survived-84fb6935b175
