What if the final touch to your dish came in a bottle?

Meet Fin. @tastefin , created by Tweed local Karlie Verkerk. Inspired by her love of food and years in food publishing, Karlie’s fragrant sprays offer a fresh way to experiment with flavour and aroma.

We’ve tried the whole range and are obsessed!!!

After days of rain, the first clear afternoon could only mean one thing: the grill was getting fired up!

There was no better excuse than a herb-rubbed porchetta slowly turning on the spit, filling the backyard with the smell of rosemary, thyme and comforting charcoal smoke while the crackling blistered to perfection. These are the kind of weekends I look forward to!

Served with a side of lemony butter beans and silverbeet, it was worth every minute.

🔥 Comment “PORCHETTA” below and I’ll send you the full recipe. (I’ve also included an oven roasted method for those who don’t have a spit 🫶🏼)

Absolutely delighted to announce that I’m joining @hodinkeeaustralia after almost five great years at @bhofficial.

It’s a pretty special opportunity to work for the mag that helped cement my love for watches, especially at such an early stage of its growth in Australia, and I couldn’t be more excited to join @jamieweissau on the tools.

Thanks so much to @jmbslade, @jmlwant, @johnmcmaahon, @benesden, @nvmayor, and @andrewudovenya for a fantastic chapter at BH, I already miss you all already.
