Meet our Cookpad teammate... Jose! Jose @jnavarro86 is an engineer at Cookpad and a very passionate home cook 👨‍🍳. When he’s not at his desk working his engineering magic 👨‍💻, Jose is often spotted in the Cookpad Kitchen cooking up a storm. Swipe to see some of his dishes. He says: “For me, cooking is an incredibly powerful way to bring happiness to my family, friends and colleagues. Since I moved to the UK from Madrid in Spain 🇪🇸, I love sharing recipes from my country to help more home cooks discover the amazing tastes of Spanish cuisine 😋.” Jose is best known around the office for his amazing paellas 🥘 that are made from scratch with fresh, local ingredients. It’s incredible how he’s able to whip up huge servings of delicious paella in no time. We're always very excited when we see Jose take out his paella pan 😆. He also cooks lots of classic tapas dishes, like Spanish Garlic Prawns, Empanada and Croquettes, which he sometimes makes with leftovers. Jose says: “The recipe for croquette is really versatile. I've made some using leftover roast chicken 🍗 but you can make them from lots of different ingredients, such as leftover roast dinner, mushrooms, fish... Anything! Let me know if you cook them using other ingredients 😊.” Say hi to Jose in the comments below 👋. And let us know if you've tried making croquettes! #fromcookpadkitchen #consciouscooking #cookeverypart #leftoverfriday #sustainablecooking #sustainablelivingtips #zerowastecooking #zerowastekitchen #cookpadcommunity #cookingcommunity #foodwaste #foodwastewarriors #homecooking #reducewaste #foodscraps #zerofoodwaste #wastenotwantnot #foodrescue #kitchentips #kitchenhacks #sustainable #ecofriendly #ecofriendlyliving #spanishfood #tapas #paella

I've been "in the zone" for the last 48 hours. I'm very tired. This is me, trying to slow some gears down, about to eat and get a really early night before heading to #bristol and hitting up @strawbthief tomorrow night. Super excited to see everybody. Dan Slinky is looking out the window, with his desk and laptops in the background. His desk is a mess. He looks tired.
