After hours training session. Always in the lab training, experimenting, learning. I don’t always have a name for the move so we just practice until a name comes with the move. Then get into flow state.

The RTW North America auditions were 🤯🔥

So grateful for every single person who came out, showed up for each other, and brought their own energy into the room. This community is what makes RTW so special. ❤️‍🔥

Thank you for sharing your magic, your energy, and your unique personalities with us—both on and off the bike.

This is RTW. This is community. 🌎🫶

Realized I haven’t shared this amazing clip of one of the memorable moments of my journey as an owner in the fitness industry. Had the most amazing opportunity to be on the morning show a while back and never shared the special moment. It’s long overdue. Hope you guys enjoy it. Many thanks and shout out to my amazing friends that made it happen @onthemorningshow @themelissafarley @hip_historian @anncabano #downtownphoenix #arizonacenter #azfitness #phoenixfitness #viral See following link in bio https://onthemorningshow.com/blogs/watch/urban-edge-cycle-fitness-janice-molina-on-mission-movement-community-the-morning-show

There’s something special about moving together. 💜

Pilates is more than just a workout—it’s a chance to reconnect with your body, challenge yourself, and leave feeling stronger, energized, and refreshed. Whether it’s your first class or you’ve been practicing for years, you’ll be welcomed exactly as you are.

I’m so excited to partner with Lululemon and share this experience with you.

✨ Sunday, August 30 | 8:00 AM

I’d love to see familiar faces and welcome new ones. Come move with me.

🎟️ Reserve your spot through link in bio or https://www.eventbrite.ca/e/pilates-fusion-with-urban-edge-cycle-and-fitness-tickets-1995815819843?aff=oddtdtcreator
