Never let a dream die. 🖤

You only truly fail when you give up.

It’s okay to put things aside for a while. It’s okay to take a break. It’s okay to focus on other parts of your life and come back when the time is right. Just never let that fire completely go out.

Last night I got to sing with J Nostrils, and we performed his song together. Soon, we’re getting in the studio and recording it. 🎤🔥

Huge thank you to @jnostrils & @sj_desss for supporting me, believing in me, and motivating me to keep doing what I love. Sometimes having the right people around you is exactly what you need to remember why you started in the first place.

No matter how much life changes or how long the road gets, never let the dream die.

This is only the beginning. 🖤🎶

Last night was one for the fucking books. 🔥🎤

After several years away from performing,
I finally stepped back on stage… and my boy @jnostrils brought the BEST version of me out. 💯

The second we got up there, it felt natural again.
We had the crowd HYPED, everybody was rocking with us,
& I I had an absolute blast performing alongside him.
That energy reminded me exactly why I fell in love with performing in the first place.

Sometimes you don’t realize how much you miss something until you’re standing in front of a crowd with a mic in your hand again.

Last night lit that fire back up. 🔥

Huge love to my brother @ollothebano for bringing me out, believing in me, and @jnostrils for sharing that stage with me.

This definitely won’t be the last time.

More shows. More music. More memories.
We’re just getting started.

Huge shoutout to @spiralmikesf for giving us the chance to have some fun!

If you're up for it, we'd love to hook you up with 3 pieces on the house! Yup, you read that right – completely FREE!

Just shoot a DM over to our main account @gnarcystore (if you dont see a DM button, just reply to any of their stories), and our guy Shawn will sort you out pronto! But hey, don't sleep on it – spots are filling up fast, and we'd hate for you to miss out on the action! Cheers, mate! 🤙

🗣️ Screaming HAPPY BIRTHDAY to my favorite son! (Yes, he’s my only son, but that’s neither here nor there)

Jonathan Lucius Davis is 24 years old today! His name means God has given light…. like the sun (son) ☀️

His message to me when he woke up today: “happy birth giving day momma! Appreciate you for keeping me in this world even though you could of took me out of it a couple times love ya momma 💙” 😂 😂 😂

I love you to the moon and back and back again, J. You have such a beautiful heart and I’m forever grateful to be your momma.

🔥 QUEEN MUVA🔥

Only at Indeed, would the CEO do a Zoom VERZUZ DJ battle with the VP of DI&B.

B-Side came with the HEAT with some underground, some Tribe Called Quest, Stevie Wonder, Prince, Janelle Monáe and made everybody cry with Frank Ocean. Every song had a tie to his family.

I repped the Bay (of course) by playing artists that are from the Bay, lived in the Bay, claim the Bay or made a song about the Bay.

Too Short, Mac Dre, 2Pac, MC Hammer, Lenny Williams (with one of the greatest love songs of all time), Tony! Toni! Toné! and Saweetie.

Last song for me was E-40 Tell Me When To Go, with a cameo by Jonathan as were shakin them dreds (well braids for me and a dred piece for J) ghost riddin’ the whip, thizz facin’, puttin on stunna shades and lettin em see our grillz 😬.

So yeah, just a regular work day. 🤷🏽‍♀️
