What a week!! Your second Aussies and stepping up to the 250 this year with so much talent and speed in your class. So amazing to see the girls numbers growing 👏🏻👏🏻 It took you a while to find your flow and you rode every condition this week from a dust bowl highway to an absolute mudder where it was just about survival out there and keeping it up. Dad & I are soooooo proud of you!! Equal 7th in Aus 💪🏼👏🏻Bring on next year 😈🔥💪🏼

14 years of our Pazzy 🥹 you test me on the daily and I absolutely love the fact that you always have to have the last say 🫠🫠 I also love the fact that you don’t care what anyone thinks and says what’s on your mind regardless if it’s acceptable or not 😂 never change boo! Always and forever proud of you 🩷 HAPPY BIRTHDAY 🥳🎈🎁🎂 ILYSM 🫶🏼🫶🏼🫶🏼

🌹Roses are red,
Their burpees were steady,
Forget the candlelight dinners…
They chose Fitstop instead-y 😅

Base Phase | Week 2 |
Monday Perform. All smiles from the team with this session 😄
This week you will notice plenty of 10–15 rep ranges, and if you’ve ever wondered why I’ll for you a little run down👇

This rep range is the sweet spot for building muscle, improving strength endurance, and moving well under fatigue.
Heavy enough to challenge you, light enough to keep great technique, and sustainable so your body can recover and keep progressing.
It’s not about lifting the heaviest weight once.
It’s about getting stronger consistently.
Trust the process 👊
Get to 15 reps easy, weights to light get to 8 and your form slacks off, to heavy…
Keep bringing the energy Fitstop Maitland
