Rooftop Sweat + Social at Legacy West 2026!

High winds? Date changes? Weather throwing us curveballs? NOTHING was stopping Legacy West’s first annual Rooftop Sweat & Social!

We rolled with the punches, turned up the energy, and brought an epic day of fitness, fun, and community to life! A little chaos behind the scenes, a whole lot of magic on event day. THIS is why we love what we do!

No dance floor, no problem…

One of our favorite things to do together is dance. We’ve never really cared where we are or whether there’s an actual dance floor. We just make one.

We’ve danced in bars, airport terminals, kitchens, parking lots… and our wedding reception was no different. A song came on we couldn’t resist, and suddenly we were poolside two-stepping. 😂

I think that’s one of the best parts of life… finding little moments of joy and not being afraid to enjoy them.

We’ve had people come up to us and say they love seeing us just be ourselves. If our happiness makes someone else smile, even better.

You don’t need the perfect moment, the perfect place, or anyone’s permission.

If the music makes you want to move, move.
If something makes you happy, enjoy it.
Make your own dance floor.

Give ’em something joyful to watch.

EAT, DRINK & BE MARRIED
We love a good reason to eat good food and our reception was no exception. 🤍

With some of our dearest friends, family, and favorite people gathered around the table, we did what we do best: we feasted.

Smoked salmon, bagels, cheese, fresh fruit, and crab legs for DAYS. At one point, the room went completely silent except for the sound of crab shells cracking. 😂🦀 Everyone was locked in, cracking legs like they were competing for a championship belt. Nobody was talking. Nobody was posing for pictures. Just pure, undistracted crab-leg dedication. 😂

And because no feast is complete without something sweet… we finished it off with key lime pie…my absolute favorite plus a few other treats.

Good food, full plates, full glasses, and some of our favorite people all in one place.

Exactly how we wanted it. 🥂

If you’ve been looking for a holistic wellness community, you’ve found one. 🤍 We meet once a month.

Nearly 20 local small businesses, wellness practitioners, and holistic brands come together at our @gallerydefi experiences to share their gifts and connect with our community.

Massage. Acupuncture. Nervous system scans. Hydrogen water. Holistic products. Candles. Plant Medicine Education. wellness Shots. Complimentary samples. Mini sessions. New modalities. New connections.

This is so much more than a breathwork event, it’s becoming a total wellness experience and healing community.

A year ago, our vision was to create a space where practitioners could share their gifts while building their own communities alongside ours. Because healing doesn’t happen through one modality, and we don’t believe in competition when there are so many people who need support.

Sometimes it takes a village. Sometimes you have to build the village. ✨

We love watching our guests discover new practitioners, try something for the first time, support local businesses, and meet people they may have never crossed paths with otherwise.

A few of the incredible businesses + practitioners from our Gallery experience:

@britt.j.witt

@lenkai_wellness
@light.body.healings
@thrivewithviva

@sacredhealingacu
@windhorse_energetics
@moncher.massage
@_naturallygoldenwaistbeads
@vitamcommunity
@peaceofyou.aromatics
@nowandzenbodyworks
@twodiamondfit
@partydaves

Because healing doesn’t have to look the way it used to.

A little extra love for our breathwork community. 🤍✨

We’re so grateful to @vitalproteins for gifting their Collagen Sparkling Water to our guests at our monthly @9dbreathwork events at Gallery DeFi!

Our community truly LOVES discovering holistic, wellness-focused products that complement the work we’re already doing, supporting the body, nervous system, and overall well-being from the inside out. Thank you to the best @erin_vonder_haar for showing off the new addition.

Vital Proteins is known for making collagen and wellness products designed to make incorporating collagen into your everyday routine simple and accessible, and their sparkling collagen water was such a fun addition to our events. 🫧

There’s something special about being able to introduce our guests to brands that align so naturally with a wellness-centered lifestyle, and seeing everyone enjoy these made us so happy. Thank you to @joinonbrand for this partnership.

Thank you, @vitalproteins , for pouring into our community and helping us make each @gallerydefi experience a little more special. We appreciate you so much! 🤍

A SHOT OF RUM & A CHANGE IN NAME
Our wedding was more than just saying “I do.”

If you know sailing, you know a boat renaming ceremony is no small thing. So naturally, we made it ours.

I took his name. We toasted Poseidon for safe passage. Took a shot of rum. Called in our closest people. And officially set sail as Mr. & Mrs.

Writing our own vows was non-negotiable. No cookie-cutter ceremony. No doing things just because that’s how they’ve always been done.

We’ve been doing life our way since day one. Why would our wedding be any different?

New name. New chapter. Same wild ride.

Breaking tradition never looked so good!

Here’s your sign to have everyone wear white at your wedding. 🤍

We knew from the beginning we wanted our wedding to feel like us…laid-back, by the lake, surrounded by our favorite people, and without a bunch of rules just because “that’s how it’s always done.”

So we broke one more tradition and asked everyone to wear white.

And honestly? We couldn’t have loved it more.

Our friends and family showed up looking absolutely incredible. Seeing everyone we love gathered together in a sea of white, with the lake behind us and the sunset doing its thing… it was pretty damn perfect.

The pictures are timeless, everyone looked stunning, and most importantly, it felt like our day.

Would we do it again? In a heartbeat. 🤍🌊🥂
