HONORING OUR COVENANT MOTHER

Today, Childress Covenant International lovingly celebrates our beloved Covenant Mother, Lady Jeanette Childress, Co-Founding Overseer of CCI and Co-Founder of Childress Deliverance Temple in Marshall, Texas.

To many, she is known simply as “Mom.”

The loving mother of seven children, she is affectionately known as “Granny” by her grandchildren and “Baby” by her great-grandchildren. Over the years, she has also become “Mom” and “Granny” to countless spiritual sons, daughters, and grandchildren throughout the Body of Christ. She loves real big and leads with love, wisdom, and often a warm plate of food.

Her hugs are life-changing. Her smile says, “I love you.” Her laughter has a way of healing what feels broken. She knows how to comfort, encourage, and yes… she knows how to keep us in line, too! Mom is truly the heart—and sometimes the disciplinarian—of Childress Covenant International.

Through the years, she has poured into generations with grace, strength, kindness, and unwavering faith. We are better because of her prayers, her example, and the love she shares so freely.

Mom, thank you for loving us all so well.

❤️ We love you, Mom!

😭💿 These aren’t just reviews… they’re REAL moments from people who’ve partied, danced, and celebrated with me. When I tell you I almost shed a tear reading these (who’s cutting onions in the DJ booth?! 🥹🥹)

One thing I’ve learned: the right energy attracts the right people. Surround yourself with those who genuinely want to see you WIN. 🏆✨

What happens when you say yes to hard things? You grow!

Six of us up and out in the morning air, our team… Stay True, Run Free. Some were faster, some paced steady, but every one of us crossed the finish line.

Hard things don’t just challenge you, they change you. You’ll either become bitter or better, weaker or stronger, stuck or stretched. You get to decide and today I chose better, stronger, stretched and I’m grateful!

So glad I got to share this with family, spiritual and natural 🤍.

Thank you @derrickagolden for pushing me and @championrae_ for staying with me on that 1st leg

Stay true, run free and live well!
