I’m so grateful that I get to call two Charlestons home. 💜

Before the work began, Gabe and I snuck away for 48 hours together at The Mills House. A couple of gym workouts, incredible seafood, lots of pool cabana lounging, live music, and just enough time to recharge before another amazing training weekend.

Then it was time to get to work at one of the studios that’s become so incredibly dear to my heart, FORM.

Thursday night, I had the privilege of leading the Advanced Level 2 Plank Variations course with 10 current team members. They worked so hard, embraced new options for center core and oblique blocks, and made it such a fun evening of learning and team building. I continue to be so impressed by how Keli and the FORM team invest in their instructors, making continuing education a priority every single time I’m in town.

This Level 1 was intentionally small with just six trainees, and what a gift that turned out to be. Smaller groups create space for deeper connections, more hands-on coaching, extra mock teaching time, and the opportunity to cover even more material. By the end of the weekend, we weren’t just a training group. We were a team.

Please help me welcome Alex, Daphne, Erin, Jo, Hannah, and Lily to the Lagree family. Watching each of you grow in confidence over the weekend was such a joy, and I can’t wait to see the impact you’ll have on your clients and your community.

Charleston, South Carolina… thank you for always making me feel at home. I already can’t wait until October. 💜
