One week has gone by, and I still can’t believe you’re gone. I keep hearing you say, “What’s up, Momo?” or “Miss you, sister.”Our birthdays were only two days apart, and there was a time when we always celebrated together. You were such a good friend. I will always be grateful for your friendship—and for the way you stayed neutral in situations that weren’t always easy.
You were always so supportive and appreciative. You never stopped thanking me for remodeling the condo—I mean, for years and years. I always found that so sweet of you. You had a way of hyping people up and bringing them together. Your creativity, your talent—your many talents—your love for music and art… it was all so you. At the very least, my friend, you curated an incredible life.
You went through so much, and somehow always found your way to the other side.
In a way, you lived more than one life—reinventing it , always searching, always creating. Traveling, surfing, designing, DJing… you truly embraced it all.
I’m so grateful you found love in such an amazing partner—someone who supported you, loved you, and accepted you completely. You shared so many beautiful moments together and I feel lucky to have witness so many of those.
In many ways, you lived a life most people only dream of…

I don’t know if I’ll ever get over this. I always thought you’d live a long life—but maybe God had bigger plans for you. Still, you went out in true Anthony fashion—doing what you loved, surfing and that’s the only thing giving us comfort.

You were a good friend, you were a good brother not just to me but to so many. You will never be forgotten, amigo. Every time I’m on a Duffy, every February, every Mo Mo, teasing Jason without you will never be the same.

Losing my sister and you right after has been just incomprehensible and irreparable.

Love you, Antonio.
