Part 2 is here! 💖✌️🌱

A few of you asked how I make my smoothie, chia seed & quinoa creation… so here’s a quick little video! 😋

This is where you can start getting creative. Add different flavours and ingredients to make it your own, cacao is one of my favourites! 🍫✨

Shout out to @joakeur for asking for the method multiple times, I was going to do a more polished version tho why wait? 💖✌️🌱

Have fun recreating it! I’d love to see your versions 🌈

If you need a starting point, try:
💖 ½ cup chia seeds
💖 ½ cup quinoa flakes

From there…
Use your senses to lead the way. Taste as you go, adjust the texture and make it perfect for you 🌱✨

There are no rules in the kitchen, only delicious experiments! 💖😋🌈

21 days… and a lifetime shift ✨💧

@joakeur chose himself in the deepest way.
Not just spiritually… now physically too.
After years of inner work, he stepped into full alignment
Mind, Body, and Soul 💖

To witness this journey, to hold space, to celebrate this moment…
there are no words, only gratitude 🥹🙏

Breaking the fast with intention…
honouring the body…
and feeling LIFE flow back in 🌿🍃

And of course… celebration isn’t complete without a little dance 💃😍✌️

So proud of you @joakeur 🥰 this is just the beginning ✨

SI joint pain in less than

1 MINUTE!

The SI joint is what connects our hip and sacrum, held together by strong ligaments ....

We often experience SI pain from: overuse / lifestyle/ trauma/ injury.

For me it has been years of use, and being "too flexible" in myAshtanga practice.

Anyway, this really works!
Thanks @joakeur who taught it to me about 20 years ago!

Just thought it was time to let you in on a little secret! Since the lockdown started in mid March, the time turned out to be perfect for the Shanghai Restaurant to start going through an interior transformation, in honor of turning 50 next year! The Phoenix will rise as China Doll says !! Get ready for an exciting new and improved experience at this iconic restaurant, bar, lounge, karaoke nights, art gallery, private hosting gathering events place and much more! Don Kwan and his sibling China Doll and I have been artistically conspiring to create this new vision for the place and we are really getting excited for this labour of love to be completed.
We will update you when we know more of what's going on, in the way of being able to open again at a minimum capacity to start. It most likely going to take a little more time. At least we all have something exciting to look forward too!
