Today, I have the great pleasure of sitting down with Kim Lawton: Founder, CEO and Chief Possibilities Officer. She is an award winning marketing veteran who runs both Inspira and Enthuse Marketing agencies, as well as The Enthuse Foundation- her 501(c)3 that offers investment and mentorship to female founders. She learned business from a very young age, when her father handed over the keys and management of his business to her when she was still a teenager! Her story is one of bold moves, confidence and not being afraid to ask for what she wants. I hope you love getting to know her as much as I did!

I am so happy you are here. xx, Jo

Today I have the great pleasure of sitting in conversation with Amber Mayfield Hewett, entrepreneur and author of Your Turn to Host. She shares her journey from the page program at NBC/Universal to taking the leap to start her own event planning business. She is the founder of To Be Hosted, a supper club that has evolved into her event planning business. She now plans event for incredible brands like Pinterest, Spotify, Peloton and Pepsi. She is smart and lovely and driven and fun and I can’t wait for you to get to know her.

I am so happy you are here.

Once you've experienced that, once you've heard your child's actual thoughts, their opinions, their humor, what they want for dinner and who they think is cute, there's no going back.

This clip is from my conversation on @eatmywordspodcast with @joalmstead, where I open up about what that breakthrough felt like, and why it's the reason I now show up every day for other families who are still waiting for theirs.
