I have been shopping again @aldiaustralia and thought……

Tis’ the season to start sharing those Christmas cooking hacks 🥄
So we can all enjoy those family moments this Christmas.Instead of stressing in the kitchen.

SO HO HO HO Here’s my super easy 9 ingredient all on one pan lemon and chicken recipe.

8 chicken drumsticks
2tsp Garlic powder
1tsp. Oregano
8. Medium potatoes cut in chunks
Pepper, salt, red pepper,lemon to taste

and olive oil that’s it!

I brown the chicken quickly in the pan I’m going to be baking in and then add all the ingredients.Tossing them all with lemon sliced here and there. Then when it’s cooked around 40min 185deg I take out the cooked lemon and add fresh slices.

You can simply just put this dish down on the table as is 🙌🏻

Swipe to see what Santa dropped by to get the festive season started 😉 my top tip for dessert boards is to get the organic coconut flakes from #Aldi and lay it on the bottom of the board. You can also use it as filler in between. So many nice fudges and protein balls in store at the moment go stock up!
