Joyous🤍

What a beautiful privilege to serve alongside old friends, & new friends! So grateful for the joy that was shared and experienced! This week was one for the books for sure 🫶🏻

Somewhere between the laughter, the long bus rides, the little hands we held, and the people who became family, God was doing something beautiful. We went to serve, but somehow left with so much more than we could ever give.

A little glimpse of the joy God blessed us with 🫶🏻
El salvador, you have my heart!!🤍

El Salvador 🇸🇻

To this beautiful country and its even more beautiful people… thank you.

Every year I come to serve and give medical care, and every year this place leaves a deeper mark on me.

Al personal nacional que nos ama cada día—trabajando más de 12 horas de turno, sacrificando tiempo y energía, y aún así derramando el amor de Dios tan libremente. Gracias por decir sí. Su fidelidad es una imagen tan hermosa de Jesús..

From setting up clinics and caring for patients, to dancing (very) silly dances, speaking so much spanglish, praying over people hearing the name of Jesus for the first time, and witnessing the Lord move in real and miraculous ways… He is so faithful. I’m just grateful to get a small glimpse of all He’s doing here.

To @newlife_church and the young adults—thank you for always being my second family. For the open arms, the love, and for (still) trying to convince me to move to the cold. We’ll try again next year ;)

A week here changes you. It changes how you see the world and how you serve. The Lord simply asks us to go and say yes… and I’m so grateful I get to keep saying yes to whatever He has next.

Hasta la próxima El Salvador tienes mi corazón.💕

“Go therefore and make disciples of all nations…” — Matthew 28:19

Joanna and the work she is doing… spreading the message that You Can in El Salvador.

Education is SO important and unfortunately not a given for everyone. A real act of service, giving her time for others. Something we all should do more of. An inspiration.

We can’t wait to follow along, see the developments and updates when she returns in October.

Record breaking number of milestones at Club Pilates 🤍
Stay tuned for more Milestone Posts this week, as one of our amazing instructors and Club managers hit their 500th and 250th milestone 🙌🙌🙌

Every one of our members started walking in a little nervous or excited and unsure about the reformer machine, and then choosing to come back time and time again.

That is what this community is built on. Not one big moment, but hundreds of quiet decisions to show up for yourself next to people challenging themselves right by your side.

Club Pilates is a studio where many of our members finally found a way to devote time back to themselves, and learn how to show up for THEIR bodies for just 50 minutes, 2.. three.. maybe 5 times a week.

Strong cores might make stronger hearts, because this Pilates community is THE VIBE. 💪

We are so incredibly proud of the strength of our Pilates community. We inspire and uplift each other here .. it’s just the way we are, and it’s incredible 💙

Congratulations to everyone celebrating this week. 🎉
