Patellar tendon

A very common problem is pain in your patellar tendon. Especially in young soccer players who start increasing their training’s load.

Managing the load along with isometric and eccentric exercises will help to get rid of the problem.
I usually do it along with the RSQ1 for extra training of the weakest link that we can find or to get rid of trigger-points.

For soccer these two exercises combined give great early stage results. This mainly because of flexed hip and extended hip to either focus on the rectus femoris or the other part of the quads.

Contact me for more information or an appointment (Amsterdam, Netherlands).

Mooie stap, Joas! 🤝
