WOW!

More than 1,000 supporters came together at Kirkwood Park for the 2026 Best Buddies Missouri Friendship Walk — and together, we raised a RECORD $100,000 to support friendship, leadership, inclusive jobs, and opportunities for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities across Missouri! 💜

The day was filled with unforgettable moments from powerful stories shared by buddy pairs, celebrating our incredible chapters, student leaders, educators, and employer partners, plus honoring the top fundraising teams who are driving our mission forward.

A huge THANK YOU to our amazing sponsors for helping bring the event to life, including New York Life Foundation, Boeing, Waymo, First Bank, Krause-Basler Network, Envoy Mortgage, Billy G’s, Veregy, Evans Flooring, Moneta, and enABLE Bakehouse!

And shout-out to contributions from The Summit All Season Market, Preppy Pix STL, Raising Cane’s, St. Louis Special Needs Color Guard, Brent Pearson Photography, Texas Roadhouse, De Smet Jesuit High School, and Barbi Macon Photography.

And thank you to every walker, donor, volunteer, family member, and friend who showed up to support our mission. Together, we are building a more inclusive Missouri where everybody can have a buddy.

What a Wickedly Inclusive weekend! 💚🩷 The 2025 Best Buddies Leadership Conference brought more than 2,500+ leaders to Indiana University—including a record 53 from Missouri/Kansas! From powerhouse speakers to unforgettable performances, deep-dive trainings, and nonstop connection, this weekend was pure inclusion in action.

A special thanks to our friends at @illumiwear for their sponsorship of our Leadership Conference delegation. @hugsandsquishes continues to go above and beyond to ensure that Missouri is a place where everyone is included and valued. Thank you!!

To kick off the new year, more than 300 Best Buddies International colleagues from around the world came together for our annual Staff Leadership Conference. We spent the week training, collaborating, and connecting — sharing ideas, learning from each other, and celebrating victories from the year that was.

Missouri was recognized for a record-setting 2024, expanding our mission to new heights thanks to the effort and enthusiasm of our committed volunteers, staff, and supporters.

But we are not satisfied. There is much more work to be done across the state, and we are FIRED UP about the life-changing impact we will create in 2025!!

Join the Best Buddies movement by getting involved today! #inclusion #bestbuddies #BBMO

Saturday they regrouped at Paddy O's and extended the celebration into the wee hours of the morning 🙌🏽 Now tag yourself!
