mini photo dump 🌱⛓💧🎲🖤🧚🏼‍♀️

one thing i want to be very clear with, especially on my socials is that although it seems like fitness consumes my life. it really doesn’t. i don’t want you guys to ever think that having a passion for fitness / taking care of your overall well-being is going to take away from you “living it up” (lol)
obviously these pics don’t really show you full on details of what i do everyday/week/month, but realistically i workout 40min-2hrs per day / 4-5 a week. i eat an overall healthy diet cause that’s just what i like, i share it with y’all & everything else is vibesss lmao it’s really not that deep ya know🌱 i don’t think I’ve ever been this happy with my life & it’s cause I DONT live to be obsessed over food, my physique, etc. i take care of my physical, mental & internal health so I’m able to LIVE, have fucking fun and live long ass fuckkkkk. hahaha.

have goals. be consistent. push yourself & always strive for more w/ everything you do, but don’t forget to smell the flowers along the way. HAVE BALANCE.
